This policy explains what information Catalytics Automation ("Catalytics," "we," "us") collects when you visit catalyticsautomation.com, book a call, or get in touch, and what we do with it. We keep this short and specific on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at contact@catalyticsautomation.com and we'll answer plainly.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you book an intro call, fill out a form, or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you tell us about your business and the problem you want help with. Bookings are handled through Cal.com, so the details you enter to schedule a call are processed by Cal.com on our behalf.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some technical data automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser type, device, the pages you view, and how you got here. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. This data is aggregated and we don't use it to identify you personally.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, mainly for analytics. Cookies are small files your browser stores. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected if you do. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles or sell your browsing history.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your message and schedule or run an intro call.
- Understand your business so we can tell you honestly whether we can help.
- Send you information you asked for, and follow up about a potential engagement.
- Improve the website and figure out what content is actually useful.
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don't send marketing emails to people who didn't ask for them, and we never sell your data.
How we share information
We share information only where it's needed to run the business, and only with parties that are bound to protect it:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as Cal.com for scheduling, Google for analytics, and our email and storage tools. They process data on our instructions.
- Legal requirements, if we're required to disclose information by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- A business transfer, if Catalytics is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We'd notify you before your information became subject to a different policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: to maintain our relationship with you, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email contact@catalyticsautomation.com. We'll verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. We won't discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections and access controls on the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and limit who can access your data.
Other websites
Our site links to other websites and tools we don't control, including Cal.com and the case study and partner sites we reference. This policy doesn't cover those services. We'd encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and the people who run them. They aren't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
