Catalytics Automation is an automation consultancy based in Miami, working with service businesses across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and remotely across the US. We build the operational layer a growing company runs on: one connected system for clients, projects, billing and compliance, with the manual work automated out of it. Catalytics builds on Airtable, Softr and Make, with custom code where the case needs it.

Four things, usually in this order: an operations audit that maps how the business actually runs; a data foundation and business operating system on Airtable; client portals your customers log into; and automation and AI on top of the clean foundation. For healthcare and home care businesses we build HIPAA-aware systems, with the BAA chain mapped vendor by vendor.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work on-site in Miami?
Miami clients get the same build process as everyone else, remote by design, the systems live in the cloud and the build runs on scheduled calls and shared workspaces. For South Florida clients, on-site sessions are an option where the engagement benefits from them, typically during discovery.
Do you only work with Florida businesses?
No. We are based in Miami and serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach locally, and most of our client base is spread across the US. The two Florida engagements above sit alongside work for businesses in Minnesota and across the country.
