Operations Consulting
We map how your business actually runs, then design the foundation. Process audits, workflow design, and the documentation your team should have had from the start.
About Catalytics
We work with a small number of clients at a time and go deep. We map how your business actually runs, design the operating system it needs to scale, and build it on the tools you already use, then hand it over so your team owns it.

The founder
Founder, Catalytics Automation
Before Catalytics I was an engineer at IBM, then the data program manager at a $1B venture-backed startup. Both jobs taught the same lesson at different scales: a business runs on how its data and processes connect, and most of what looks like a people problem is really a systems problem.
I started Catalytics because I kept seeing the same problem: smart business owners running good businesses on systems held together with spreadsheets, email chains, and gut feel. The tools existed to do better. The bottleneck was knowing how to put them together.
I spent years building operating systems for businesses across healthcare, real estate, financial services, and agencies. The pattern was always the same: document what's actually happening, design what should happen, build the system, train the team, hand it over.
The businesses I worked with didn't need a full-time COO. They needed someone to come in, build the operating system, and leave them with something that runs. That's what Catalytics does, and it's the case I make for a built system over a fractional executive.
We work with a limited number of clients per month. That's intentional. The work we do requires full attention, and clients deserve it.
The team
Behind Catalytics is a small team of veteran engineers. We've spent years as software engineers and as process engineers, the people who work out how a business should actually flow before anyone writes a line of code.
We know the modern tooling deeply, Airtable, Make, and the rest of the no-code and automation stack, and we know how to redesign the workflows underneath it. That mix of engineering and process design is what lets us build systems that fit how your business really works, instead of forcing your business to fit the software.
How it works
A few working sessions and access to your tools. We document how your business actually runs today, not how the org chart says it does.
We design and build your operating system layer by layer, reviewing with you as we go. Nothing gets built that you haven’t seen.
We hand it over and train your people. Most clients are fully working from the new system within weeks, not quarters.
We can stay on as your system administrators, watch how it runs day to day, and keep improving it as your business grows and changes.
The methodology
Every business we work with gets the same architecture. Each layer runs on the one below it. You can start with the foundation and add the layers above as you're ready.
We map how your business actually runs, then design the foundation. Process audits, workflow design, and the documentation your team should have had from the start.
Custom software your whole team runs on, built on Airtable and the tools you already use. Internal tools, client portals, and data systems that replace the stack of disconnected apps.
The repetitive work, handled, on top of a clean system. Intake, data extraction, routing, and follow-up that run without anyone touching a keyboard.
Let’s get to work
Right now your business runs on a stack of tools that don’t talk to each other. That’s the problem we solve. Tell us what’s slowing you down and we’ll show you what one system would look like for your firm.
